Gravity die casting (GDC), also known as permanent mould casting, is a manufacturing process where molten metal is poured from a vessel or ladle into a reusable metal mould using only the force of gravity.
Unlike the high-pressure method previously discussed, GDC does not use external pressure for injection. This results in a slower, more controlled filling process that significantly reduces turbulence and air entrapment
